I should get the job.

You have selected me for the final round for this position as Division Controller. I will be the best choice because I work hard to get my work in on time. I stay alert to what I'm doing so that I will make few to no mistakes.  I am great when it comes to working with others because I believe, in order to have a good, or even great staff, is to get along the best you can.
